WashLab Soft Wash & Pressure Cleaning ("WashLab", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email and property address when you request a quote or booking.
- Job details — measurements, surface types, and before-and-after photos of the areas we clean.
- Measure tools — the camera measure tool and satellite calculator run entirely in your browser. Camera footage and motion data never leave your phone. We only receive the measurements and details you choose to send us.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, schedule work and carry out cleans.
- To send you your before-and-after photos and completion reports.
- To contact you about your booking or follow up on a quote.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We don't publish job photos that identify your property without asking you first.
- We don't send marketing you haven't opted into.
Storage and access
Your details are stored securely and kept only as long as needed for quoting, warranty and record-keeping purposes. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time — email simon@washlabwa.com.au or call 0449 792 599.
